Are your sneaker fit true to size?
Yes, and true to size is exactly how it reads, TRUE TO SIZE. I’m sure most of you have used that foot measuring tool in a store, this is called a Brannock Device and the measurement you get from this device is your true shoe/sneaker size.
The item I like has sold out, what can I do?
There are times when items or sneaker sizes may sell out, we will happily organise a back order for you and keep you up to date on when your item or sneaker will arrive.
How do I use the sneaker wash bag?
Our sneaker wash bag is there for you to use if you dirty your sneakers, the inevitable will happen and that’s exactly why we've provided you with the bag to keep your sneakers clean.
Kalon Athleisure do not take any responsibility for individual results, but we do have some sneaker cleaning suggestions: Do NOT use bleach, Cold Wash Only, Wash Separately (do not mix with other clothing items in the same wash)
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is via Australia Post and your sneakers will generally takes between 1-5 business days, this depends on your location of course and some remote areas may take longer.
How do I track my order and delivery status?
Easy, as soon as your order is processed in the warehouse we will send you a tracking number via email to track your sneakers. Simply click on this link and it will take you straight to the tracking page, just remember that the tracking details for your sneakers won’t be there right away. As soon as your order hits the Australia Post network a scan event will then appear, this generally happens within 24 hours of your sneaker order being dispatched.
Do you have size 47 and 48 available?
We are working to introduce these sneaker sizes as we have had some interest from our customers. If you are keen to see these sneaker sizes introduced please use the 'Contact Us' form so we can update you as soon as they are ready to drop.
Can you send my order overseas?
Yes, we'll dispatch your order internationally, the shipping fee will vary depending on the location and this will be added at checkout. As soon as your order arrives at the international destination you will be notified that your parcel has arrived, any local duties and taxes applicable will then be paid by you.

How long will shipping take for my International order?
Once dispatched and received by Australia Post your item is estimated to take between 2-7 business days, this can be affected by delays in the delivery network and or customs as applicable in your country.
How can I return an International order?
Contact us email@example.com and our Customer Care team can arrange to send out an International label.
You can affix this label to either your own packaging or you can re-use the satchel your order came in.
